From environmentally friendly arrival options, through conscious event catering, to reusable stage components and the conference programme itself, we work closely with our service partners to take important steps to make sustainability a key aspect of the business festival.
By renting re-usable, modular, environmentally friendly manufactured stage and booth components, we minimise our produced wage and used energy throughout the whole event location.
Plant-based options, optimised waste management and cooperations with regional suppliers allow our caterer to provide participants with food that not only tastes great, but is also prepared responsibly.
Through shared transport options such as a shuttle service and a 100% electric car-sharing cooperation with WeShare, we reduce the need for individual means of transport.
With sustainability being a major topic at hub.berlin’s conference programme, we put an emphasis on the creation of a more responsible digital economy throughout all of its fields.
We deliberately select service providers who constantly measure, compensate and report their emissions and are certified by reputable organisations such as ClimatePartner and Sustainable Meetings Berlin.
