  • What safety measures will be put into place regarding COVID-19? is returning for a live, in-person event on 22 & 23 June 2022.

    When hosting our events, we follow the currently applicable regulations of the state of Berlin for containing the spread of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. We adapt our own hygiene rules to the recommended measures of the state.

    All participants, staff and service personnel have to either be fully vaccinated, recently recovered or provide a valid negative COVID test.

  • What happens if 2022 will be postponed?

    In case 2022 will be postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, you have two options: cancel your ticket for free (please contact Kevin to do so, you will get a full refund) or use it for the next Your ticket will keep its validity without you having to do anything. If you cannot attend the next, you can transfer your ticket to a different person for free. Please contact Kevin to edit the ticket data.


  • Where will the event be held? will take place in Berlin, Germany. Our location is Funkhaus Berlin (Nalepastr. 18, 12459 Berlin). The best way to reach the Funkhaus from Berlin Ostkreuz is via tram line 21, station Köpenicker Chaussee/Blockdammweg, from which you can easily access the event.

  • How do I order a taxi to

    You can call one of the common numbers e.g. +49 30 202020 or +49 30 443322 and ask for a taxi to Funkhaus Berlin (Nalepastr. 18, 12459 Berlin). You can also use apps like MyTaxi or Uber. If you need further assistance, please ask at the reception for help. 

  • Is there a parking spot nearby?

    There are only limited parking spaces available on public roads around the location. We recommend using public transport in Berlin.

  • Are there public transportation discounts to the event?

    Yes! As sustainability is an integral part of our event, we would like to recommend you to come to Berlin by train, if you're not already based there and located inside of Germany. To make it as easy as possible for you, we are cooperating with Deutsche Bahn to offer you more affordable train tickets. Learn more here.

  • I couldn't make it. Will there be a live stream?

    There will be no live stream of Nevertheless, the keynotes and speeches at the main arenas will be uploaded on our YouTube-Channel after the event.

  • Is the event wheelchair accessible?

    Nearly all areas are accessible via wheelchair. There are several toilets to be used barrier-free. The whole event is set on the same floor.

  • Do I have to register for workshops?

    To get access to the masterclasses and workshops you need to register for an extra ticket. You have to show the ticket before you access the masterclass at

  • May I also visit the Club Night with my event ticket?

    Yes, it is possible to enter the Club Night with your ticket. We are looking forward to seeing you there!

  • For whom is the event? is welcoming everybody. It is aimed at B2B-contacts that are operating in technology and digitization, though. In 2019, 52% of our attendees were C-Level attendees.   • Where can I find the programme of the event?

    As soon as the programme is published, you can find it on the front of our homepage and in the menu by clicking on the right upper corner of the website. If you have downloaded the event app Swapcard, you can also find it there as soon as it is published. There will be no printed information at

  • Can I participate as a Bitkom non-member?

    Yes, you can be part of the business festival even if your company isn't a Bitkom member. If you are interested in becoming a Bitkom member please contact Nadja Strauchmann (


  • Where can I redeem my code?

    Just go to our ticket shop. If you scroll down, you can find different ticket categories. There, you can find a button named "Enter Promo Code". Here you can fill in your promotion code.

  • Do you provide German or English translations?

    The conference will be held in English. There will be no translation into German.

  • Can I charge my mobile phone on the event?

    Yes, you can charge your mobile phone on site. There will be mobile charging stations in the location.

  • Will there be childcare on site?

    There will be childcare at Please note that you need to register your child before you join the event. Spaces for children are limited. Applications will open soon.

  • What is the Wi-Fi password?

    The Wi-Fi password will be published 2 days prior to the event on the homepage and on the app as well as provided to you at the info point on the venue. 

  • The app doesn't work / I have trouble with it.

    On-site app support will be provided to all participants. In case you have any questions in advance, please contact our team directly:

  • I have not accepted to use the app, can I register later?

    If you haven't agreed to join the app, you can still create an account by yourself with an individual event code. Please send a message to to receive your individual event code.

  • How do I access the event app?

    You will receive an invitation to access our event app via e-mail a few days prior to the event.

  • What are my payment options?

    The following payment options are available: Credit card, Direct debit, PayPal, Invoice, Prepayment. 

  • How do I cancel my ticket and can I transfer the ticket to someone else?

    If you can't attend, you can change the attendee's name free of charge. If you have to cancel your ticket, please contact Kevin Helmuth here. Please note that cancellation fees may occur. Further information can be found in our GTC.

  • Can I register on site?

    Yes, if there is no other possibility, you can also register on-site. Please be aware that you might have to wait a few minutes. It will be faster to register on the website. 

  • Where do I find my ticket?

    After booking your ticket on the website, you will receive an email with your ticket from Xing Events. If you are not able to find it, please check your spam folder or contact us here.

  • Do you have a dress code?

    The dress code is business casual.


  • Will there be photos or footage of the event?

    Each stand and each booth will be photographed by us during the event and sent to the companies at a later stage. 

  • Will the presentations be published afterwards?

    Once 2022 takes place, the presentations will not be published. However, we will publish some selected presentations of on Youtube

  • I entered my promotion code incorrectly. What should I do?

  • I would like to know how many people were at our booth. Do you have Lead Scanning?

    For partners, there will be the possibility to get access to the Lead-Scanning service in the event app. The access costs 400€. You can contact Jan Fischmann under for further information.

  • Can partners share free tickets with their business clients?

    As a partner of, you will get a promotional code for your business clients to use. The intention of the partner tickets is to use them only for your company. However, feel free to give some of your partner tickets to your business clients if you do not need them entirely.

  • Where can I redeem my partner codes?

  • Is it possible to send packages in advance?

  • I'm a speaker. When do I have to be there and where will I find photos of myself later?

    Please be at the stage technician's desk (FOH) at least 15 min prior to your talk. Your photos will be published on the event website once 2022 takes place.

  • Do speakers need to purchase a ticket?

    No, you will be registered by us and you won't need to purchase a ticket.

  • Which format should my presentation have? And by when should the presentation be submitted?

    Please prepare your slides in 16:9 format and send them to our events team prior to the deadline that they will communicate within the speaker guidelines. The guidelines will be sent to you at least 2 weeks before the event takes place.

  • Is it possible to use my own laptop on stage?

    No, the use of your own laptop on stage is not possible. Your presentation will be handled via the on-site technician. Your presentation will be checked by us and sent to the technician beforehand.

  • I'm a speaker. Which information do you need?

    We will need your photo (high-resolution color picture), a short CV in English, your social media handles, your presentation title, and a short abstract describing your talk. All the information will be published on the event website.


  • Are there discounts available for startups?

    If you are not a member of GetStarted, you get the chance to apply for a free ticket to join the event as a visitor: simply fill in this application form. We will publish your logo and company info on our home page. Please bear in mind that we only have limited spots for startups.

  • Do Startup partner packages exist? Do I need to be a GetStarted member to get the discounts?

  • What will happen after I apply?

    Our jury revises all applications and will choose three finalists for each category. These finalists have the chance to pitch their ideas on the main stage of 2022.

  • How do I apply for the Innovators’ Pitch and what will be the prize?

    Just send us your pitch deck including some information such as your business concept, information about your product, your USP by submitting it to the webform which will open soon. Your pitch deck should be in English.

    You can win €5,000 in cash and a free Bitkom GetStarted membership. You can win a meeting with top-notch potential business partners and investors, and of course, an exclusive pitch at our high-level partner VCs.
