Koray is a Customer Experience (CX) specialist, building and implementing brand strategies for more than 10 years, working for global agencies in international client mandates such as Porsche or Philip Morris International. As an alumnus of the renowned Lund University, Koray specialized in international brand management and human-centric innovation design. Since 2020, Koray is working for the investment manager Vontobel as the Head of Client Experience & Insights, implementing the organization`s first group-wide CX program and strategy.
