Daniel Eberz-Eder

He is an Agricultural Scientist and worked as Head of Projects in Smart Farming and Innovation in Rhineland-Palatinate. He completed his bachelor and master's degree in agricultural science at the University of Hohenheim and his Second State Examination in Rhineland-Palatinate. He is mainly involved in the topic area of smart farming and innovation in agriculture at the Agricultural Public Service Center Rhineland-Palatinate. Digitization in agriculture makes a highly innovative contribution to optimizing agricultural production. With AI, IoT and Edge technologies, the focus is on increasing the use of regional and local data for agriculture. We are focusing in our project GeoBox and AgriRegio on resilient smart farming these technology can improve the reliability of agriculture as a "critical infrastructure".
