Dominique Jäger

Dominique Jäger - formerly Leikauf - is not only a bestselling author, podcaster and diversity driver, but also an expert in the fields of diversity & inclusion, people & culture and new work. 

In her professional career, she has already passed through numerous stations and worked with important personalities such as Miriam Wohlfarth, Oliver Samwer and Tijen Onaran.

Currently, Dominique is responsible for the People & Culture department at DKB Service. Prior to that, she held the position of COO at Global Digital Women and served as Project Lead for Miriam Wohlfarth. Before joining these companies, she also worked for renowned companies such as s.Oliver, Comma and a consulting firm for public IT projects.
