Dr Marcus Trapp

Dr. Marcus Trapp is a software engineer with a passion and heads the department "Digital Innovation Design" at Fraunhofer IESE. True to his motto "Software is no end in itself; it always supports or enables business", he supports companies in the areas of Digital Ecosystems, User Experience for Business Applications, as well as Creativity & Innovation Workshops, Requirements Engineering, Interaction Design, and User Interface Prototyping. After all, software is the most important driver of innovation in (almost) every industry today. Marcus Trapp is a founding member of the Digital Design working group at Bitkom and an enthusiastic speaker at numerous conferences.
