Dr Phanthian Zuesongdham

Phanthian is an experienced lead strategist and transformation manager with profound process management competencies in the maritime and port industry, both at national and international level.
As Head of Division Port Process Solution, Phanthian is responsible for New Business Development for the HPA since December 2020. In her portfolio, products like digital twin, drone-as-a-service will be brought into real operation. Also in 2020, Phanthian was awarded as Digital Female Leader in the category Digital Transformation by Global Digital Women Initiative. In 2022 WISTA Germany selected Phanthian as “Personality of the Year: Female Innovator” for the maritime industry. 
Beside her various line management roles, she took the lead of smartPORT Program Management in the matrix structure for the HPA since 2015. Before she joined the Hamburg Port Authority (HPA), she worked for international organizations like UNESCAP, Lufthansa Cargo and BP.
