Dr Tanja Rückert

Tanja Rückert has more than 20 years of experience in the software and building technology industry, having held various positions in Germany as well as in the United States. She joined Bosch in 2018. Since January 1, 2023 Tanja Rückert has been a member of the board of management of Robert Bosch GmbH, with responsibility for digital business and services. Prior to her career at Bosch she hold various roles and functions at SAP SE, including software development, software development process, quality management, governance and production, security, global business planning and execution, COO human resources, processes, and IT. Ms. Rueckert sits on the steering committees of the Digital Trust Forum as well as the Carnegie Bosch Institute. She is a member of the steering committee of the “Plattform Learning Systems”, a member of the board of Bitkom e. V. and the Muenchner Kreis. She is also part of the supervisory boards of Capgemini, Bosch Rexroth and BSH Household Appliances.
