Georges Welz

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Delos Cloud, Georges Welz has extensive business experience with government and public services customers.Before joining Delos Cloud, he was responsible for the Government Customers branch at Microsoft Germany. In this role, he was charged with developing the concept of a Sovereign Cloud for government in Germany.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Welz made a career in various sales roles at Cisco Systems and EMC, each focused on customers in the government, public services, and defence sectors. The technical expertise from his many years in
the industry make him a sought-after sparring partner for stakeholders in politics, administrations and the IT business community when it comes to current challenges of digitization and modernization of government and society.
