Shikha Ahluwalia

Shikha is a Principal at Balderton and based in Berlin.

Prior to that, she was entrepreneur in Asia and build a leading eCommerce business with over $100M in revenues and 300 employees from scratch. 

At Balderton, she focuses on Climate Tech, in particular Energy, and leads Balderton's thinking on batteries, grid-scale challenges and energy sources of the future.
