Zarah Bruhn

Zarah Bruhn is acting as Commissioner for Social Innovation at the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research since April 2022 and is the founder and CEO of the social enterprise socialbee. Since 2016, socialbee has been supporting companies in hiring refugees and further qualifying them for the primary labor market. In this way, socialbee has already helped thousands of people to build a new life in Germany. Zarah is Member of the German Council for sustainable development, Ashoka Fellow, multiple awarded as social entrepreneur and part of the Capital 40 under 40 List.
